Hi, I'm Kizzy Saunders
I’m an early childhood educator and leader turned consultant with a lifelong passion for helping adults understand the heart behind children’s behaviors.After more than twenty years in classrooms, child care leadership, and teacher support, I launched Giggles & Growth to help educators and families strengthen their social-emotional connections. My work blends real classroom experience, practical strategies, and a deep belief that when adults feel confident and calm, children thrive.

Kizzy Saunders is an early childhood educator, leader, and advocate for social-emotional learning.For more than two decades, Kizzy has worked alongside children, teachers, and families in early childhood settings — from classrooms to administrative offices. Over the years, she came to realize that the foundation of every thriving learning space isn’t just structure or curriculum… it’s connection.That belief inspired Kizzy to create Giggles & Growth — a space dedicated to helping educators and families better understand, support, and connect with young children. Her work blends hands-on classroom experience, child development knowledge, and a deep understanding of how emotions shape behavior.

Children communicate through their behavior — and behind every big feeling or challenging moment is a need to feel seen, safe, and understood.When adults respond with patience and empathy instead of punishment or frustration, children learn emotional safety, resilience, and trust.
